    I accidentally opened 2 tickets (I opened ticket 2 because I thought the first ticket was not sent). ticket 1 was removed because it was a duplicate. but there are still 2 tickets. You guys are responding to these tickets. But unfortunately I can’t access the tickets. When I click for the incoming message (Private

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.

    You should be able to see the tickets now.

    You opened the ticket in the Content AI support forum, but you do not currently have a Content AI subscription – so you’re able to access the Content AI forum and tickets.

    I have moved both of the tickets to the Free forum so you should be able to access them now.
