    The technical support team is pretty speedy. We usually reply within 4-6 hours but sometimes, some tricky tickets can take upto 12-24 hours to get a reply depending on whether we need our developers to check the issue or not. We also work on tickets from bottom to top and gets assigned to team members. I saw that you have created a reply couple of times causing the ticket to move up the forum.

    We suggest that instead of creating a new reply to add additional information, we can use the edit post instead.
