We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with the thumbnail URL not being automatically generated despite having the “Autodetect Videos” and “Autogenerate Image” options enabled for your posts and pages.
To troubleshoot this issue, please ensure that the videos embedded from YouTube and Vimeo are hosted externally on supported platforms. If the videos are hosted on your own website, Rank Math will use the post thumbnail as the video thumbnail.
Additionally, you can confirm if the thumbnail is being generated properly by checking the thumbnailURL
property of the generated Video Schema Markup. If the thumbnail is not being generated as expected, you may need to manually add a featured image to your post or page.

You mentioned that you’re using Rank Math PRO, but the account you used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com or the email address you used to purchase so we can locate your account and verify it?
Meanwhile, please share the video sitemap URL so we can check it as well.
For troubleshooting, head over to the affected page/s and in the Rank Math SEO Controls in the backend, then delete any Video Schema and hit the update button on the page.
Once done, check again the page if the thumbnail is generated.
