Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. We give you an option to choose between the two during the setup wizard and you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode.
You can switch to the Advanced Mode from the top-right corner at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard

After you have the advanced mode enabled, you can set any page/post/category to no-index.
If this doesn’t help or if the issue persists, we would need to check your site settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I can clearly see that you are not an expert to answer this question or you didn’t pay attention.
Let me tell you again, I’ve been using it since it was launched and it used to work very well because I did set all those settings as I intended to.
However, with recent update it’s not detecting the post type Thrive Leads to disable it like it was disabled before.
