From your screencast, it seems that you’re referring to the Analytics stats bar shown above on your posts/pages.
The Analytics Stats bar only appears to logged-in users on your WordPress dashboard.
However, to hide it temporarily or remove it permanently, you can follow the steps in this link:

Hi Reinelle, IUf you look at the video- the analytics header flashes for a second so it is not possible to follow your solution –
“to close the Analytics Stats permanently, click the close icon at the top-right of the Analytics Stats bar.”
I also tried this and it also does not stop the flash of the header bar…

Scroll down to find the Frontend Stats Bar option, and you should find this option enabled by default. If not, activate it as shown below and click the Save Changes button.
I found a backend way to disable it.
This happens on another site also so there is a conflict somewhere.
