    Hi, I just updated RankMath plugin to Version 1.0.204… and now I keep getting “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.” when trying to create a post or edit an existing post? It gives the error when trying anything on a post? Im running WordPress WordPress 6.0.6 running GeneratePress theme.

    When I deactivate the RankMath plugin everything works.

    We have seen other users have this issue because their Rank Math, WordPress, or PHP is outdated. Please make sure that you’re using the latest version of Rank Math and WordPress. Also, the lowest version of PHP that Rank Math and WordPress support is version 7.4 – so make sure that your PHP is equal to or greater than that ( we recommend running version 8+. You can check your PHP version from Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status > Server > PHP version.

    If you meet this requirement but are still experiencing this error, then we might need to take a closer look at your website and settings. Please follow these steps:

    • Edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress and FTP logins in the Sensitive Data section. This is a secure section that only our support staff can access.
    • Make sure you take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
