I believe that the “WPDevDesign – Oxygen – Rank Math Integration” add on will only help to parse post content and pass it to the Rank Math content analysis when editing the post.
Rank Math is however not fully compatible with Oxygen and the plugin may not be able to gather all the images within the builder and add them to the sitemap.
I can suggest that you get in touch with the developer from WPDevDesign – Oxygen – Rank Math Integration and seek their help in adding images to the sitemap using the following filter:

* Filter images to be included for the post in XML sitemap.
*
* @param array $images Array of image items.
* @param int $post_id ID of the post.
*/
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/urlimages', function( $images, $post_id ){
return $images;
}, 10, 2);
