Hi everyone, My SEO analysis is showing this problem “, but all my redirections are correct. If I go to https://mydomain.com (my site is non-www) it works. IF I type “www.mydomain.com” I’m redirected to https://mydomain.com. If I type “http://www.mydomain.com”, I’m redirected to https://mydomain.com. So, I don’t know what the SEO analysis is complaining about. I would like to know where he is checking so I can fix this issue.

    curl -l “www.mydomain.com”
    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC “-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN”>
    <html><head>
    <title>301 Moved Permanently</title>
    </head><body>
    <h1>Moved Permanently</h1>
    <p>The document has moved here.</p>
    <hr>
    <address>Apache/2.4.29 (Ubuntu) Server at “www.mydomain.com” Port 80</address>
    </body></html>

    curl -l “http://www.mydomain.com&#8221;
    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC “-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN”>
    <html><head>
    <title>301 Moved Permanently</title>
    </head><body>
    <h1>Moved Permanently</h1>
    <p>The document has moved here.</p>
    <hr>
    <address>Apache/2.4.29 (Ubuntu) Server at “www.mydomain.com” Port 80</address>
    </body></html>

any light would be really appreciated

    Thank you.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Could you please clear your cache and check if the problem will still be reported? I can see that the redirect is working as expected.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi Michael,

I connected to my site using microsoft edge and the problem is there yet. I executed 3 times to be sure. This browser has the “always clear this when I close the browser” enabled and the option checked are: browsing History, cookies, cached data and files, tabs I’ve set aside or recently closed, download history, autofill data, password. I use this browser for tests like this.

    Any other suggestions?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

The default login URL is disabled on your site. Would you mind sharing the custom login URL so that we can check this further?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hi Daniel,

    Thanks for the access.

I have been able to experience this error on your site and I have submitted this to our dev team for closer investigation.

We will be getting back to you in a short while. Thank you.

    Ok. Thank you.

    Hello,

The Rank Math’s SEO Analysis API, couldn’t access your site with the www. It looks like the URL with www is encrypted. Even I couldn’t access your site with the www link. My antivirus blocks the request as an insecure connection. Please check the screencast I added in the Sensitive Data Section.

Following is an error which I get when I try to get the site with the www URL: cURL error 60: SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target host name ‘www.dividirect.mydomain.co’
The error suggest that the certificate doesn’t match with the hostname. The solution would be to contact the host and ask them to fix the certificate.

I hope that helps. Thank you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
