With the image you shared, you have all the option switched on in the screen option. Please uncheck those option you don’t require from Screen Option. You can find screen option at the top right. Click on to reveal the options and you can uncheck the one you don’t require. Once, it’s unchecked SEO table will be displayed properly.

I am also facing a similar issue on my WordPress website. whenever I install the rank math plugin the interface of the backend of the website slightly changes and looks weird. But may be due to I have already installed other plugins for seo purposes as well. but now I have deleted the old one and waiting for an error to resolve it
