Could you please check whether disabling the Rank Math AMP module will fix the canonical problem?

The rest of the AMP errors are caused by your AMP plugin and you can perform a test by switching to a different AMP plugin and check if the AMP test will report the same error.

The problem seems to be related to aggressive caching on your server. The errors are still reported even when Rank Math and the AMP plugin are deactivated.

Could you check if this is the case from your host and have them purge the cache?
