Please check if you have enabled the AMP option in Rank Math at WordPress Dashboard and test your AMP URL with Google AMP test tool.
You can also check if the canonical being added by your AMP plugin. If it is, please get in touch with your AMP plugin provider and ask them how to disable the canonical tag from your AMP plugin to use Rank math canonical.
