    I have purchased the pro version and the payment is successful, but the subscription information is not displayed in the system. PayPal transaction number is 3A244104BF666211P.
    Please help to verify and solve, thank you!

    It doesn’t look like your payment went through.

    Could you please attempt to make the payment again or use a different payment method?

    I contacted my credit card bank (the credit card bound to paypal) by phone, and the bank reported that the payment has been deducted.

    PayPal reminder: This is a temporary authorization to ensure that your payment method is sufficient to complete the payment. After FastSpring completes the order, it will deduct the payment from the payment method you provided.

    Do I want to continue waiting?

    I infer that it is a problem with fastspring. Can you help contact fastspring to solve the problem?

    I don’t want to pay directly by credit card. You can directly give me a paypal account, and I will pay you directly through paypal.

    Once again, I strongly recommend that you switch to other payment channels. Fastspring gave me a very bad experience!

    I called Paypal, and the official response from Paypal is to let fastspring operate, but after a few days, the fastspring operation has no effect and is disappointing.

    We cannot send you a direct PayPal link. The only payment options we offer are on our website.

    If PayPal isn’t working, please use the card option.

    The other subscription you have is a temporary one that we added as a gesture of goodwill while your payment issue was sorted. It will automatically expire in 2 days and then you can continue to use the subscription you made for till July 14, 2022.
