  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I checked your sitemap and I can see that one of your sitemap variations isn’t redirecting to your final variation. Please refer to the screenshot below:

Please note that all 4 URL variations of your sitemap should redirect to 1 preferred variation.

Please refer to this guide in order to fix this issue: https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/#num-5-2-ensure-sitemap-is-accessible

Once done, please clear your website cache and submit the sitemap again to your Google Search Console.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Now?

    Hello,

I’ve checked your sitemap, and the WWW version is still not redirecting. You can also use this tool to verify:
    https://httpstatus.io/

You can follow our guide here to redirect it:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-redirect-www-urls-to-non-www/

Furthermore, you can get in touch with your web host for assistance in redirecting as they are in a better position for that.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.

    Done. Now it’s all ok?

    Hello,

I’ve checked your sitemap, and the WWW version is still accessible and not getting redirected:

    WWW

If the redirect is still not working, please get in touch with your web host to apply it properly on your site.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

My hosting says everything is fine. I contacted them 4 times.

    Hello,

I can see that still all 4 URL variations of your sitemap are not redirecting to 1 preferred variation. Also, it seems like Googlebot is encountering 403 error while trying to crawl your sitemap. Which means, there might be something that is blocking only Googlebot from accessing your sitemap. Please refer to the screenshot below:

Please try to check your Firewall and security plugins to make sure that the sitemap is accessible to this bot.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thank you.

I solved. I had to add a rule with Cloudflare. I’m really bitter about hosting, they could tell me.

    Hello,

Glad that everything has been sorted out.

Please feel free to reach out to us again in case you need any other assistance.

    We are here to help.

    Thank you.
