Hi,

I switched my domain from NON www to now using WWW and reconnected Rankmath but when i go and refresh my AI credits i get the

The response is not a valid JSON response

I have tried to reconnect my account but i think it’s due to my old domain without the www still active on tank math.

My WP-Admin is locked to an IP address so please let me know if you need to access my admin area.

1. Log in to your Rank Math account and ensure that your Content AI credits are visible under the Websites tab. If the credits are not visible, there might be an email mismatch between your Rank Math and Content AI accounts. In that case, please contact our support team to merge both accounts or transfer your credits to the correct email address.
2. Disconnect your Rank Math account by going to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Help and clicking on Disconnect Account.
3. Reconnect your Rank Math account by clicking on Connect Now in the same location.
After following these steps, please refresh your Content AI credits. If the issue persists, please let us know, and we will assist you further.

Hello,

Thank you for your patience.

Please remove your website from your Rank Math account dashboard: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

Once done, please ensure that your Rank Math plugin is already updated to the latest version:
https://rankmath.com/changelog/free

If the issue persists, please follow these steps:

1 . Please clear the transients at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients

2 . After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.

You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

3 . Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. To connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

4 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.

5 . Once all the above steps are done you might need to refresh the credits again this time to start using Content AI.

Please head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Hi,

So i have tried every step and i still get the same error. I even went down the road to completely rebuild my website from the ground up as it was not finished and i am still getting the same issue. I want to buy the pro version but i can’t all the time it’s not working and it’s starting to get frustrating.

FTP will be a bit more difficult as i am on a Standalone Litespeed web server and have no FTP i do everything over SSH but if you need i can maybe share what files you need.

Hello,

We have fixed the issue from our end.

However, you currently consumed all the free credits you have in your account so you’ll be seeing only 0 credits right now. The credits will replenish on the 23rd.
