    Hi, Im just ordered a plugin and trying to activate Content AI but when I try to refresh my credits (acording to video on yours website) I still get response “The response is not a valid JSON response.”

    To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Make sure you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.
    2. Visit the Rank Math website and check if you can see the correct remaining credits by going to this URL: Rank Math Account.
    3. If the credit count is correct on the website but not in your WordPress dashboard, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by going to WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here are some screenshots for reference:

    4. After reconnecting your account, go to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits again. Here’s a screenshot to guide you:

    Hello @zippycalc,

    We have fixed the issue for your site. Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help and disconnect & reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After that, head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI, and it should work without any issues.
