The plugin isn’t working since update

  • Since I updated the plugin, nothing seems to be working as it used to. I am not able to get any data for example ; it is impossible to connect search console to the plugin.

    I am willing to create an acces to the website in order to correct the issue

    Please enable the Beta update by following this:

    If you are unable to see an update, please clear Rank Math’s transients from:
    WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Status & Tools >> Database Tools >> Remove Rank Math Transients >> Remove transients

    Please clear the caches from the server and WordPress after updating.

    You can disable the Beta updates once you update to the latest version and the issue is fixed.

    Hi, I did what you ask me. Nothing is working, i can’t get any data. I can’t even select my search console account.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins, themes, and WordPress (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Hello, I have followed your instruction and it didn’t work.

    DO you want admin acces ?

    I cannot get any data from google analytics, nor search console. In the dashboard i cannot select my google analytics account. I was able to do so when I re install the plugin

    Please get in touch with your theme developer as your theme is not loading a script on the admin pages where it should not:
    script loading error

    That should resolve the issue.
