    1st: I’ve tried in divi builder on elegant theme, there isn’t a problem.
    2nd: I am using the extra theme on divi, then those links related to extra category builder cannot functions
    3rd: I’ve done the health check and there is no plugin conflict, because I had deactivated all the plugins in the test, only remain rank math.
    4th: I had communicated with Divi support, they ask if we had chatted with Rank Math, so I am here.

    This is quite a trouble,I took a lot of time because I really want to use Rank Math as I’ve found it has most functions I’ve needed. It’s easier to turn back to other SEO tools, but I guess this is the problems of some people.So I only give up when I have no option left.

    With the latest versions of Rank Math and the Extra theme, everything seems to be working correctly:

    It seems like a conflict with one of the plugins you are using. To determine that, can you please follow this troubleshooting guide?

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Hi Todd,

    I’ve done it from zero because I have problem on my back up and php. upgrade. I start it from zero and hope use rank math.But I can’t , the same problems keep recurring.

    I’ve thought is it because of the language? But not really. The categories didn’t shown probably and more difficult to update. Maybe you can request Divi to give you a more complete demo of extra to test.

    I think I am giving up on this, this is my last try.

    This is unsolved.
