Hi Madhiha,
Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Please click this button at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Search Console:
If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Im having the same issue. I have clicked the manual button and save but still get the message.
Hello,
Madiha, could you also add your website URL? Since we can’t log in without it.
Will Ware, could you try to install a plugin called WP Control and check if your cron job works.
If not, add the following code to the wp-config file:
define(‘ALTERNATE_WP_CRON’, true);
Looking forward to help you.

Hello Madiha,
You don’t seem to have your site authorized and showing in the drop-down. Please deauthorize and authorize your site again. Once you have selected your site in the drop-down, the cache issue should resolve and if not, you can now update the cache manually.
Let us know how this goes.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
I tried de-authorizing and Authorizing again. I even deleted the plugin and reinstalled, but still my website is not in the drop-down. I tried updating cache manually it said fetching in progress but nothing happened after half hour of waiting. I have already contacted my hosting provider and they said they’re not blocking cron events. Any other suggestion?
Hey,
I just wanted you guys to know that this issue has been resolved. I was missing a step and that is to add my domain in Google Search Console and create TXT Record. So it’s clearly not the Plugin’s Bug. Thank for your time and patience.
Hello,
We are super happy that your issue is now resolved.
If you do have another question in the future, please feel free to create a new forum topic, and it will be our pleasure to assist you again.
Thank you.
