    It doesn’t always happen. I have no time to test, but I can assure you that I am seeing that on various devices, OS and browsers. I believe I also reported that before. I believe that is a problem with the cashing. This is a brand new install of an OS.

    Also it requires me to login to my account twice as well on many occasions. That is true for the MyThemeShop.com membership are as well. I think the problem is again the caching.

    Yes, it does happen on different OS, browsers and devices and this one is a clean install of MacOS, not an upgrade so it is not coming from my software. I think the issue is some sort of wrong JS speedup or something.

    However what is worse is this double sign-in thing, it usually happens when the caching wrongly handles the cookies. It happens here and on MyThemeShop members area.

    Sorry for the inconvenience that has been caused due to this.

    Ye, we are aware of the server’s cache creating issues and the best thing for now to do is to hard refresh (CMD + Shift + R or Ctrl + F5) the page or add something like ?121 at the end of the URL.

    We will be trying to fix this issue asap.
