Rank Math tests will currently check for an exact match of the keyword on the SEO title. Please note that the on-page tests are merely benchmarks and a failed test won’t affect your SEO. The tests should also not be followed religiously.

Thank you for the reply. I notice that rankmath works well for some posts and not others where it recognizes changes made in some posts and not others. Any thoughts as to why this could be occurring?
