Hello, I am rebuilding my site in WordPress. Therefore I do use temporary URLS on a subdomain. My domain http://www.hipperiemen.nl is still active.
I activated Rank Math on the test sub)domain. But I noticed that sitemaps were created Does this affect the sitemap for the exciting site http://www.hipperiemen.nl? Is it better to not use RankMath till my new site will go live? Regards Tilly

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

The Rank Math sitemap is created dynamically and thus this should not matter when you finally migrate.
It is however recommended to set the dev site to noindex during development and this in effect would be prevent the creation of the sitemap file.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Thanks for you quick reply Michael the dev site is set to no index. But somehow there was a sitemap created in Rank Math.
Also activating the rank math plug-in caused a unworkable product overview in the dashboard. The text was putten vertically and caused high rows.

    Hi Tilly,

Well that this is a bit odd, the noindex should however prevent the addition of any links and indexing of the site on Google.

To fix the additional columns, please click on the screen options menu at the top of the product listing page and uncheck some of the Rank Math columns as shown below:

I hope this helps. Thank you.
