Could you make sure you have some product assigned to that tag/category? Rank Math has a feature to set as no-index tags/categories without products/posts to avoid Google penalizing the site due to thin content.

Hello, thanks for your quick reply.
I see that when you scroll down on the page (Infinitive scrolling) and the page is getting behind the url /page/2/, /page/3/ etc only then it puts the noindex.
Is this a normal behavior how it should be?

You seem to have set the paginated archives to noindex.
Although that is fine and recommended, you can change that behaviour from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Misc. pages.
