I checked your admin dashboard and it looks like all needed tables are created although, your Google service is still not connected as you can see in your Rank Math’s status page: https://i.rankmath.com/PPySSu
Let us know if you still getting that error.
As for the CMB2_Hookup issue, could you please try deleting the Rank Math plugin, clear your website cache, Cloudflare cache, and reinstall the plugin?
That should fix the issue. Let us know how that goes.

In Spain we can not connect Rank Math with Google Services because it loads cookies before user consent. It is ilegal.
So, the connection is made trough the cookies banner, putting Google scripts in there.
