1. I’m sorry to inform you that our new feature Table of Contents block is only for Gutenberg. The block will not work on other page builders like Elementor.
2. & 3. Can you please confirm if you are working on Elementor builder to create your content? Please share a screenshot from your end so we can take a closer look at the issue or please share the affected post/page URL here.

Keyword Density is 3.62 which is high, the Focus Keyword and combination appears 22 times.
The Keyword ist Designer.
I have the same problem in other posts.
Also on my other blogs where I use Rank Math.

Did the check. The fault is not with the theme and not with the plugins either. The error is still there.
