Subscription to Pro not shown in my account

    Hi, I purchased rankmath pro about a month ago, but it will not update on my website (the message says ‘please connect rankmath SEO pro for automatic updates’, but when I click on the link to do so, it shows my account as being connected.

    When I go to my account on the rankmath site, it does not show my pro subscription, only the free one. I don’t know why this is. I paid for the upgrade on May 2 and have a receipt.
    Are you able to tell me why I can’t see this subscription in my account and why rankmath pro won’t update?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math, and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Could you please follow the below steps?

    Step 1: Update to the latest version of Rank Math PRO manually: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/
    Step 2: Disconnect your account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help
    Step 3: Reconnect from the same page using the same account you used to make a purchase. Here is a KB to help you along the way as well: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-upgrade-to-rank-math-pro/

    Also, please ensure that you are logged in using the email address used to purchase Rank Math PRO. That should fix the issue.
