Subscription not working

    To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Rank Math account and navigate to the Subscriptions tab from the left sidebar.
      Open Subscriptions tab in Rank Math account area

    2. Check the Payment Methods tab and click the Change Payment Methods button.

    3. Access the FastSpring Checkout Page and enter the email address you used to purchase the Rank Math PRO subscription.

    We can the Rank Math PRO subscription on your account.

    In this case, if the PRO version of the plugin is already installed on your website, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and from there disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account and see if that fixes the issue.
