subscription not showing in my account

    Rank Math pro

    Hi. there seemed to be a problem with my payment for my renewal. I tried paying it 3 times.
    In the end it just cancelled and it said I should just buy a new one. So I did.

    Here is my payment reference code: RANKMATH211127-2324-47847

    Its showing as active in the billing portal.
    But its not showing up in My Account on the Rank Math site.

    Please can you help with this.
