Subscription Not Showing In Dashboard

    Hi,

    We just purchased the pro subscription, however, it’s not showing on our dashboard and we cannot download the pro files?

    I have attached our invoice into the sensitive data.

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I can check that your subscription is upgraded to Business. Please check your Rank Math account again and you should be able to download the PRO plugin: https://rankmath.com/my-account/
