Subscription not showing as active

    Rank Math pro

    Hi,

    I renewed the PRO subscription after it expired on 11/12/21. However, I see RankMath PRO plugin on my site and on the my account/dashboard/subscription on your site says I don’t have an active subscription. Do you know how can I fix this?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I can see in your profile that you are currently subscribed to your PRO plan.

    Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math plugin. If not yet, please do update them. You may refer to our changelog page here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    Then, head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your paid Rank Math account again.

    connect account

    This should fix the issue you are experiencing.
