Subscription cancellation

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

You can use Content AI using the free version of Rank Math and we can confirm that you have credits in the account to use.

Please install or update your Rank Math Plugin to the latest version: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below.

Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

But if you have already decided to proceed with the refund, we would love to process this refund as per our 30 day refund policy. But if you don’t mind us asking, is there any particular reason why you wish to cancel your subscription? Perhaps there’s something we can help you with? We really appreciate your feedback.

I can check that you have the PRO plugin installed on your site. Since you don’t have a PRO plan in your account, you will have to disable the PRO plugin to use the Content AI.

If you are using the nulled version of the PRO plugin, it is not safe for your site for the reasons mentioned in the following guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-pro-nulled/
