  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I have checked the page source on your author archives and none has been set to no index. Please clear you site cache and then perform these steps:

    1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks

    Hit the save button once.

    2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings

    Hit the save button once.

    That should fix the issue.

If it doesn’t, please do let us know so we can look at this further.

I HAVE SAME CHALLENGE AND IT HURT SO MUCH…I posted my challenge on your facebook page and got this feedback. I don’t know if I am at the right place but this is what I was told – below.

Seems like your homepage is not indexable:
    https://i.rankmath.com/2tO6jS
Please check your homepage settings in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Homepage
    Or, Settings > General.
Having noindex on sitemap file is fine. It is so your sitemap doesn’t appear in the SERPS.
Let us know how it goes.
If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please open a new ticket here and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Support

i am here because the first guide didn’t work…so for the second one, i have been told you guys will have to take a peep into my WP SETTINGS AND I AM COOL IF THAT IS THE ONLY WAY…

    Hi there,

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    Temporary Login Without Password

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    WP Security Audit Log

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello again,

Thank you for your reply. I have downloaded the temporal login plugin.i can now generate a temporal login access link…but i can’t find this your SENSITIVE DATE SECTION where i can share it…kindly help so that i can send the temporal login link..thanks

    Hello,

Its been hours…pls if you are not going to help me..let me know so i can look somewhere else pls…

    HI ConfirmRadio,

    Apologies for the delay.

Please open a new support ticket to be able to access the sensitive data section. Only the OP can access the sensitive data section.

@waealsa3dy I am glad that the issue is now resolved.

Feel free to open a new ticket for any other question.
