  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

First of all, please check the source code of the URL that is marked as noindex in a browser to confirm (in Chrome you can do this with a right-click and then click on “View Page Source”, or select “View” in the top menu bar, then “Developer” > “View Source”)
    https://i.rankmath.com/VJoHJu

If it’s showing as noindex, please check in the page editor and ensure that index is selected in the Robots Meta:
    Noindex

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

    Hello,

    1. Please disable Rank Math and see if the noindex tag goes away.

    2. If it doesn’t, please check your settings at WP > Settings > Reading and make sure “Discourage search engines…” option id unchecked.

If the issue persists, please share links with the issue so we can check.

Or, you can add your logins in the sensitive data section so we can take a closer look.

    Thank you.

    1) “Discourage search engines from indexing this site” It’s unchecked

    2) I have checked for index meta in https://seositecheckup.com Before and after of deceiving the plugin.

when the plugin is active it found “<meta name=”robots” content=”noindex, follow”>”

and when it dative all is ok

    Hello,

    Thank you for that information.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Thank you, and we really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for the follow up.

When the WooCommerce module is enabled in Rank math dashboard, Rank math automatically adds the noindex to the robots meta of the pages myaccount, checkout and cart. On your site, you have a plugin named Buy Now Button for WooCommerce which adds the Buy button to the product page. In this functionality, it seems to make it appear as a checkout page which is why the product page ends up as noindex. If you disable the specified plugin, you will see your page(s) change to index.

Please check this from your end. Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,
