By default, it will be done automatically. But you can change that if you want to switch to manual method. You can do that from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Instant Indexing > Settings

that mean untick ( post and pages ) if need manual? If i submit 10-20 article per day, what recommeded ( manual or auto ). Google not reindex if submit many article perday?

I can recommend that you stick to the automatic method for 10 – 20 post.
On the other hand, if you publish a lot of posts per day that could exhaust the quota limit which is 200 per day then you can switch to the manual method and prioritize the posts that you would like to be indexed instantly.
