Do I need both? If I don’t, refund the one I don’t need. I paid for both. And did that seriously just say that if I still see te free version, to go download the pro version????? That is literally the entire problem. ITS NOT THERE! I hate responses that don’t take in the whole concern.

You never purchased a PRO subscription, only the Content AI subscription.
To get access to the credits on your websites, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Content AI and click the little circling arrow at the end of the settings to update the credit count.
If you see any error while pressing that, please share the message with us so we can fix the issue on the website.

The Rank Math PRO and Content AI subscriptions are different and independent subscriptions serving various purposes.
While Rank Math PRO extends the capability of the basic plugin, the Content AI module helps you effortlessly create SEO-optimized content with over 40 high-converting templates and tools.
We do not see the Rank Math PRO subscription on the account you used to create this ticket. We only see a Content AI Starter subscription. Perhaps you purchased the subscription using a different email.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your subscription?
