Struggling to get my News Page to show after changing the url

This is the url that the news page was under before I worked on it to change it – https://www.yabulela.co.za/news-yabulela-gift-hampers/

I changed it to https://www.yabulela.co.za/news and then something went wrong and I got the 404 cannot find the page error message – although I can still see all the posts below the tab on the site and open each of them and view them.

I tried everything I know to try and sort it out and followed the advice given by the Rank Math gurus – but no luck still stuck.

I even tried to delete the page and make another one – so I may have messed things up now and I see two news pages now under redirection urls in Rank Math – not sure what to do, cleared the cache on my browser – still no luck.

Would appreciate some expert eyes on this to see if we can resolve the problem as I deleted and re-installed my theme as well, still did not help.
