Thank you for replying .. if i deactivate the plugin you mentioned ( JNews JSON-LD plugin ) will it affect seo or website ranking in anything ?

That will depend if you were using it to generate any SEO related data on your site. If you were, I’d recommend to either get in touch with the plugin dev team to help you fix the issue or find an alternative plugin to replace that one. If you were not using it for any SEO related data on your site, then there will be no harm done in deactivating
