Strange entries in the keywords meta entry

Rank Math does not add the meta keyword tag to the header since Google stopped checking this a few year back.

I have inspected your homepage source code and this tag seems to be loading from one of your installed plugins or your theme. Here is a screenshot:

I can suggest that you try to isolate the culprit by using the following steps while checking the source code:
