A few days ago, my RankMath plugin stopped working properly. My new posts don’t have a score (despite having a keyword) and my saved snippet information for all my posts have gone. My WP is up-to-date and I subsequently updated RankMath but it made no difference. I also troubleshooted for conflicting plugins/theme but found none. I’m tempted to uninstall RankMatch and install it again. If that doesn’t work, I will try a new SEO plugin as this issue is really puzzling me yet crucial for my website. I read a couple of posts related to my issue and they recommended granting you access to my WP login. Let me know if you need that to help resolve the issue.

Also, as you’ve already done some initial troubleshooting, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
