    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Could you please confirm if you have a multisite setup? If yes, Then make sure the plugin is activated on your website. If you have a single website then, We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

Hi, the issue is after I contact my host to do a database repair, the site is fixed. When it’s broken, no changes can be made within the site so I’m not sure what to do. Will you still be able to fix the issue?

I don’t have a multisite setup. Let me know, thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for keeping in touch with us.

It seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry.

    1. Please follow these steps to fix the issue:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/fatal-error-after-1-0-49-update/

    2. Please follow only the first 2 steps and clear your caches. The following steps mentioned in the article are for advanced users.

    Here’s a video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/KStFug

Please clear all the cache, including the server after following the above process and that should resolve the issue.

If the issue persists, please share your WP and FTP logins as instructed by my colleague.

Let me know how that goes. We are looking forward to helping you.
