    Hi,
    I’ve always had an issue with the set stats not showing up on the dashboard. I’ve tried resetting, reloading.

    I’ve finally found a work around which addresses the root of the problem and perhaps provide an easy fix. But that seems to have disappeared.

    Basically, there was a cron event which gathers analytics. When I run it manually, the next day I see analytics stats. When I don’t run it, the stats show blank (with the exception of page view).

    Now for some reason that task has disappeared. I use WP Crontrol to see the list of cron jobs.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Could you please try rebuilding the index, deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch again? Please follow these steps:
    1. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Tools & Status and click the ‘Rebuild Index’ button https://i.rankmath.com/kecLYK
    2. Head over to WP Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Analytics tab, and click the ‘Delete Data’ button and then click the ‘Update Data Manually’ https://i.rankmath.com/fvcsbF
    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
    4. Once the process is complete. Please recheck the Analytics page.

    Hi,

    Yes I have done all the above. Every time I do that, it works and I get the stats to show up. But only for 1 day. The next day, I have to then manually go to run the cron job.

    I think there is a problem with the cron job not running regularly.

    There was a pending scheduled action on your website. I logged in and ran the scheduled action manually by going to Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending

    The Analytics data is now getting fetched:

    Do note that the data fetching frequency is 3 days. Please check and let us know if the data is not fetched after 3 days.

    Upon checking your site, it seems like some cron jobs were not running to trigger the scheduled actions. I have gone ahead and run the scheduler action for the Rank Math analytics and now all the stats are being displayed in your Rank Math Analytics section see screenshot here:

    Ok, thanks. Could you please login at 6 hour intervals or so to make sure it keeps updating the stats? There is a problem with the automated cron jobs.

    I checked your analytics dashboard again and I can note that the data is no longer showing and the only data retrieved was the Search Traffic.

    Hello,

    There was a collation mismatch on your database and the Google Search Console table had a different one from all the other tables.

    After fixing that we imported the new data and it should now remain on your website.

    If the stats go back to zero let us know so we can debug the issue further.

    Thanks for fixing that! There seems to be another issue though. The Site Analytics page: https://thefunnybeaver.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-analytics#/analytics/1

    Shows up blank with no information. Any idea what could have caused that?

    Hello,

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    The flat posts table on your installation was not receiving any data because was not properly created due to a mixed set of collations.

    After fixing that and rebuilding the index by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools the data under Site Analytics is now reflecting the posts and pages on your website.

    Hi,

    Ok thanks for fixing that issue. It seems that seems to have caused some other inaccuracies… The dashboard display of search traffic, impression, seems to be way below what it should be. If it pulls data from GSC, daily traffic should be around 1000 per day (which it was showing before) but now it shows about 100 per day. Any help is appreciated.

    The traffic displayed in the Rank Math dashboard seems to have a high number of impressions as you can see: https://i.rankmath.com/aozYS7

    As for data imported to Rank Math, this is done on a basis of 3 days could you please clarify where you see daily traffic?

    If you mean the daily traffic from analytics seems to be going down it means that the ranking is decreasing. It could be as a result of an algorithm change or your content is no longer gaining trend results.
