In order to fetch the data correctly and consistently, you need to have the cron jobs working and enabled in your installation.
If the cron jobs are working, please head over to your WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending, and check if there is a pending Scheduled Action:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools?page=action-scheduler&status=pendingRun the
rank_math/analytics/data_fetchscheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.
You can check the progress at Rank Math > Analytics.

It would take around 40 minutes to fetch the data completely.
