    Bonjour,

    Hello,

please check the PHP values of your site by going to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Server. These values affect the performance of your site and they should be set according to the following recommendations:

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
    Max input time: 150
    PHP time limit: 120
    PHP max input variables: 1000

If any of these values are lower than the recommended ones, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase them for you

After that, check if that works for you.

If you have tried the initial steps above and it doesn’t seem to work, then we need to take a closer look at the settings on your website to resolve this issue. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
