static frontpage or not

    Hi,
    Im trying to set title and description, and following your fine article, i need to choose static frontpage or not.
    I have set it to be static but im not sure its static. I have some static text but also some posts at my frontpage which i change now and then.
    Then it cant be static or ?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    You can check your homepage displays if you’re using a static front page on your WordPress dashboard > Settings > Reading

    Statis

    Also, Rank Math can detect your homepage in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Homepage and it will show the link to your front page if you have chosen that option in the settings.

    Thanks, but isnt something i choose myself when i setup my homepage whether it is static or not ?
    Then i could have made a wrong decision…
    So its more the definition if my homepage frontpage is static or not ?
    Because in the beginning its something i choose and not wordpress.
    Do you see what i Mean? 😊

    Hello,

    Many themes provides the ability to show the posts on the homepage even though the page is chosen as static. So, I would suggest navigate to WP Dashboard > General > Reading and check which option is selected. If it’s static that’s selected, then it’s a static page otherwise it’s a post page.
