Start up wizard won’t load. Blank page

    I have just connected my domain barrieevans.com to my account. When trying to access the wizard all I get is a blank page. The indication is that the site is compatible, but this still happens.
    I haven’t experienced this previously on any site. What is the best option please to solve this issue?
