Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.
You can perform the optimization of your pages / posts on the staging site and then use the import/export option in Rank Math to migrate the settings to the production environment.
You won’t however need to enable some modules such as the sitemap, 404 monitor & search console on the staging area since they won’t be useful.
