  • Hello,

Could you try to go to the WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings and there look for a section with the name “fusion builder template” (or similar) on it and just disable the option to include them on the sitemap?

Just as I do in the following screencast for the products: https://i.rankmath.com/4nPnZI

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi Michael!

I tried many different options prior to troubleshooting it. Unfortunately, I don’t find a way to switch it off.. which section fusion_template-sitemap is located under?

    any recommendations?

    thanks

    Hello,

I moved you to your own thread. We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the details.

I was able to access your site, I excluded the sitemap URLs from caching in your caching plugin settings > Advanced Rules and purged your site cache then resaved sitemap settings and this seems to have resolved the issue. Please load your sitemap in an incognito window and let us know if the issue is resolved.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi David,

    Hope you are well.
Are you aware of any updates on Rank Math side? unfortunately, i noticed the same URL has appeared in sitemaps: …../fusion_template-sitemap.xml

    Any tips would be helpful!
    thanks and regards!

ok… I deactivated my caching plugin and then refreshed a sitemap and it worked…may it be linked to the fact i have just changed a hosting company?

    Awaiting your response.

    thanks and regards!
