1. Please make sure you have non-blank categories. Which means, make sure there is at least one category that has at least one post inside.
2. Then, make sure that you have made the category archives indexable. You can check that from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Categories.
If that doesn’t work, please share the category URL that is not appearing in the sitemap so we can check.
