You can remove your website from your RankMath account from here:
https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
Please note that the data is stored in your database.
Disconnecting the account doesn’t remove the data.
You can remove all the data added by Rank Math by adding this code in your theme’s functions.php file and then uninstall Rank Math:
https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#clear-rm-data
If the SEO Analysis isn’t working, please clear the SEO Analysis data from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools.
Then, run the SEO Analysis once again.

I can’t really figure out your issue, could you please share a screenshot or a screencast so we can understand better.
If your query is about Search console authorization for Rank math, please head over to Rank math > General Settings > Search console. You can deauthorize(if authorized) then authorize again, however ensure to use the google account verified on your GSC.
