I mean, what do I have to enter “price” so that they can be applied to the entire product, automatically filling in the product’s price without having to manually enter each product

Are you using WooCommerce to create you products ? If so, all you need is to enable the WooCommerce Product schema for all your Products with which Rank math will automatically get all the schema data from the product settings including Price.
If you wish to use only the Product schema instead of the WooCommerce schema, you can use the variable %wc_price% which gets the WooCommerce Product price.
In case you are not using WooCommerce, you may have to create custom variable to get the Price using this filter: https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#add-extra-variables then use this to assign your price variable to your schema.
Another work around would be to create an ACF plugin to create custom price fields on your product pages then use the custom field variable to get this field data.
