  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I created a new ticket for you since the last ticket has been already resolved and closed.

Are you using the latest version of Rank Math plugin? If not yet, please do update them. Please refer to this changelog page (Free tab): https://rankmath.com/changelog/

Can you please follow this detailed guide as well? https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/analytics-data-not-showing-read-here/?view=all

Let me know how it goes, looking forward to helping you.

How do I know if I’m using Analytics V4?
I went through the instructions and I still can’t see my account in the Analytics box. I can see it in the search console box but not the analytics. thanks

Thank you for keeping in touch with us.

If you head over to your Google Analytics dashboard and check your property setting, you will notice that V4 and V3(Universal Analytics) has different ID format. Please see the screenshot I inserted in the Sensitive Data section.

To use GA V3 or the Universal Analytics, please refer to this simple guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/using-ga4/

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

The help tab on my wordpress now says it’s connected. is that all I need to move forward?

Spoke too soon. I am now going through the wizard and it still isn’t showing my site in the Analytics box.

Went through that detailed guide now 3 times. Still isn’t linking.

Thank you for keeping in touch with us.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

Upon checking your Analytics settings, it seems your Google Analytics is not properly configured since you can’t select an Account for the integration (Please see screenshot in the Sensitive Data section), can you please head over to your GA and check if you have configured your Account and your Property. https://analytics.google.com/

Also, do make sure that to use GA3 or Universal Analytics as instructed here: https://rankmath.com/kb/using-ga4/

Let me know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

Please check that when you enable Universal Analytics, you set it to Create a Universal Analytics only.

You need to set up the Account and Property in Analytics for the dropdown menu to appear, and then you can select your property.

Also, ensure that you create it using the format https://domain.com as well.

I hope this helps resolve your issues.

I did all of that 3 times prior. see attached photo. The current says UA.
    But i’ll do it again.

Figured it out. Working now. Thanks
